Torus Hits 100 Employees — and We're Just Getting Started

Every person at Torus is helping build something that didn’t exist before. We are creating a full-stack, U.S.-manufactured energy storage platform that is faster to deploy, easier to operate, and more resilient than anything on the market.

From day one, we set out to rethink how energy storage could work — built on American engineering, manufacturing, and grit.

Last fall, we committed to creating 172 new high-paying jobs in Salt Lake County over the next decade. We are ahead of schedule, and that is not by chance. It reflects strong market demand and the strength of the team we are building to meet it.

More than half of our team works in manufacturing and hardware. That is uncommon for a tech company, and that is intentional. Owning our manufacturing process gives us real advantages. It speeds up innovation, improves quality, and creates meaningful careers here in Utah.

Most of our components come from suppliers within 150 miles of our facilities in South Salt Lake. This local supply chain gives us speed and reliability, especially when global logistics are uncertain.
