About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This role is critical in helping the CEO and Chief of Staff to manage a fast-paced schedule and drive high-level initiatives that advance our mission to empower communities to become their own. This is more than a support role—it’s a key position that helps amplify the impact of our leadership and advance our mission to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to supporting work that makes a lasting impact in our community and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, conferences, travel, and personal appointments.
- Communication Management: Manage high-level correspondence, screen calls and emails, and prioritize communication requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and take accurate meeting minutes as needed.
- Office Coordination: Ensure the Office of the CEO operates smoothly by handling logistics, maintaining records, and liaising with other departments.
- Project Support: Assist with the coordination of strategic projects, initiatives, and confidential matters as directed by the CEO or Chief of Staff.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, partners, and clients.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and expense reporting.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom and Slack).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Operate independently and effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management, accountability, and the ability to stay aligned with team priorities without direct supervision.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet to ensure consistent communication and productivity.
