About the Role

The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for our process, tools and strategic partnerships that support driving revenue and an elevated customer experience across the entire Residential customer journey. This includes managing our CRM tools, financial partnerships, reporting, and helping to optimize the Residential customer journey. 

We’re looking for a revenue operations team member who is comfortable executing at the 1 foot and 30k foot level as we build and scale the business within the Residential space. Someone who challenges the status quo within the industry and demands more to elevate the customer experience and change how renewables are sold. 

This is a virtual role with some travel required to Salt Lake City about 4-5 times a year.


  • Own, build and help shape our Revenue Operations organization to enable our sales teams, elevate the customer experience and change how renewables are sold.
  • Manage our CRM operations & reporting across all sales channels which includes Inside Sales, Direct-to-Home, Partnerships and EPCs.
  • Source, manage and maintain software stack required to support all sales operations which includes HubSpot, Gamify, Aurora, Zuper and more.
  • Setup and manage CRM reporting infrastructure to ensure accurate data that is accessible to to the entire Residential team and senior leadership.  
  • Source & manage 3rd party agencies to support CRM management and reporting infrastructure across HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Manage and create KPIs for each stage of the customer lifecycle across all channels from lead to post installation.
  • Manage existing and source new financial partnerships to enable our sales channels to provide affordable solutions for our customers. 
  • Assist with sales enablement for new hires and new sales partners.

Experience You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA is a plus)
  • 5-7+ years of experience within revenue generating organizations
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Solar & battery experience preferred
  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to Salt Lake City periodically (every few months) for team off-sites and partner meetings.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other peripheral office equipment such as a printer or mouse.
  • Must report to work with the ability to use full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute your job.
  • Ability to communicate information so others can understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
